Dumping Heartlands

The dry well is getting filled again – this time with the dead bodies of young girls.

Reeling from the untimely death of the Dhanpur police chief, the close-knit team of police faces a double whammy when the dead body of a teenage girl is found in a dry well.

It falls upon SI Dev Kaushal to take up the baton left by his boss and find the truth.

Dev’s investigation is scuppered when another girl turns up in the same well. Both girls are connected to a local school headed by an iron-willed old woman, Vibha Dixit, who harbours a grievous secret that she can share only with Diya Rai.

As the killer keeps dumping the dead bodies in the well, a dark paranoia sweeps across the village, leaving everyone suspecting everyone else.
